Photoduino Remote Software
With this software you can set and control from your computer all the functions inside Photoduino using a USB cable. Every parameter that you set from the computer will be saved in the Photoduino memory, then if you disconnect Photoduino of the computer, all settings will remains. The same in the other way.
IMPORTANT: To use this software, you have to install the firmware in your board
The remote software works on Windows, Mac and Linux. You only have to download the right version for your operating system and follow the instructions to start using it.
Windows (XP, Windows Vista y Windows 7)
- Download Photoduino Remote 1.1 for Windows
- Unzip the file to a folder in your desktop
- Run “PhotoduinoRemote.exe” which is inside the folder
- Choose the serial port of Photoduino and press “connect” button
Mac OSX
- You need Java 6 or later installed. Probably you already have it, if not, click on the “Apple menu” and then “Software updates” to update your system.
- Download Photoduino Remote 1.1 for Mac
- Open the ”.dmg” file
- Drag and drop the “Photoduino Remote” icon to your desktop or to applications folder
- Open “Photoduino Remote” application
- Choose the serial port of Photoduino and press “connect” button
Linux (tested on Ubuntu and Ubuntu 64bits)
- You need Java 6 or later installed. Check how to install Java
- Download Photoduino Remote 1.1 for Linux 32bits or Photoduino Remote for Linux 64bits
- Unzip the file to a folder in your desktop
- Run the file “PhotoduinoRemote” inside the folder
- Choose the serial port of Photoduino and press “connect” button
